The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and highly organised Business Development & Project Manager to become an important part of our growing international team.

This is a varied role combining business development, client relationship management and project coordination.

You’ll help develop new relationships with art consultants, interior designers, architects and hospitality professionals while managing existing client projects and acting as an important link between our UK office and our Portuguese production partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Develop new relationships with art consultants, interior designers, architects and hospitality professionals
• Generate new business opportunities throughout Portugal while supporting our wider European growth
• Attend client meetings, design studios, exhibitions and industry events
• Build long-term strategic partnerships
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and identify opportunities for repeat business

Client Relationship Management

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships
• Become a trusted point of contact throughout every stage of a project
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communication
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client accounts

Project Management

• Coordinate artwork production projects from enquiry through to completion
• Work closely with our UK team, Portuguese suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Manage quotations, schedules, samples and project timelines
• Visit moulding manufacturers, print partners and production facilities when required
• Ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and on schedule

About You

You’ll enjoy working with creative professionals and take pride in building long-term relationships while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales and client management, and be someone who creates their own work and manages it themselves.

You’ll ideally have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem solving
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A genuine interest in art, design, interiors, architecture or hospitality
• A self-motivated mindset and the confidence to work independently
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Portuguese
• A willingness to travel throughout Portugal, including regular visits to suppliers and manufacturing partners in Northern Portugal, together with occasional international travel

• Confidence working within a fast-paced and evolving business environment
